Ingredients
- 400 gram Sterling halibut fillet without skin
- 4 leaves heart salad
- 1 red chili
- 6 sugar peas
- 50 grams turnips
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 lime
- 3 tbsp good extra virgin olivenolje
- Maldon salt
Instructions
Cut sterling halibut into cubes, approximately 1 cm x 1 cm. Sprinkle maldon salt and the juice of 1 lime. Mix it well.
Let it soak for 10- 15 minutes.
Rinse the salad well. Cut in thinly strips. Finely chop the chili and cut sugar peas in neat slices, shred the turnip, and cut the avocado in small cubes.
Clean the pomegranate, cut in half, and knock on the outside. Make sure the open surface is facing down in a bowl, the seeds should fall out!
Mix all the veggies together with the Sterling Halibut and a great olive oil.
Enjoy with a fresh bread at the side.
