Sterling Halibut Ceviche topped with passionfruit

Ingredients

  • 150 Grams Sterling Halibut Filet
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1 stk Passion fruit
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

Cut Halibut into 1×1 cm cubes. Add to a bowl and pour the juice of 1 lime.

 

Let it rest in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, you cut the vegetables.

 

Sprinkle salt on the fish cubes and mix in the green chili.

 

Arrange on a serving platter, adding the red onion, passion fruit (use a spoon to carve out the inside) and top it all with a swig of olive oil. You may want to finish with some fresh herbs.
